Example helpdesk
in gtk "clear search" - clears "everything" and allows to make a unfiltered search
in web "clear search" - clears "everything" AND reinitiates Responsible and Sales Team
in web to get an unfiltered search the 2 search criteria must be unselected manualy. - not very user friendly.

this is annoying when using the fetchmail service which sets "Helpdesk and support" as "Sales Team" but not "Responsible"
hence the one who must triage the incoming request has to unselect himself as the "Responsible" to see "new" requests.
