Udev only recognizes Create Zen V Plus as root user

Bug Description

Binary package hint: udev

In order to recognize in user mode I had to add the following to 45-libjbm.rules

# Creative Zen V Plus
SYSFS{idVendor}=="041e", SYSFS{idProduct}=="4152", GROUP="plugdev", MODE="0660"

Could you run:

  dpkg -S /etc/udev/rules.d/45-libjbm.rules

and provide the output for me

I cannot find 45-libjbm.rules in the archive

I think it is installed by a multiverse package - but I'm not sure since this was on my sister's pc. I'll try to find out...
