window decorations have random transparent areas

Bug Description
After a recent dist-upgrade, some of my window decorations have had random transparent rectangles in them. Everything seems to function okay, it just looks really strange.

Maximizing and then unmaximizing an affected windows corrects the display of the titlebar. However, minimizing and then unminimizing them does not.
