Bug Description

Binary package hint: cacti

Found the following problem during a install test:

ERROR 2002 (HY000): Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock' (2)
dbconfig-common: cacti configure: aborted.
dbconfig-common: flushing administrative password
dpkg: error processing cacti (--configure):
 subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 1

cacti uses dbconfig-common, which lets users to choose to stop configuration if a MySQL server is not available.
