Bug Description
This is regression. With current Ubuntu 12.04 Asus Zenbook UX31E do not
enter suspend S3 after lid close. Resume with lid open works fine.
I tested older kernel, so this is not kernel regression. I do not know exact infrostructer, so i assume it is pm-utils regression.
"cat /dev/input/event0" and closing the lid generated some events, so hardware seems to be ok too.

Can you re-test? This works on my Zenbook in precise.
