OpenStack Compute Starter Guide should be explicitly named "... with Ubuntu"

Bug Description

A Google search result for "add image" led me to http://docs.openstack.org/trunk/openstack-compute/admin/content/starting-images.html

As far as I can tell 'uec-publish-tarbal' is not a OpenStack command. The OpenStack way would be to use 'glance add'. This is just one example.

Rename "OpenStack Compute Starter Guide" to "OpenStack Compute Starter Guide with Ubuntu"

I think this bug report should live within the OpenStack subproject manuals as long as this "starter guide" is an OpenStack deliverable. If you think it makes sense we could create a dependency on a bug within openstackbook [sic].
