Bug Description
I didn't wanna reopen https:/
My application, or to be more precise, a library of it relies on Tomcat DBCP and therefore throws an exception
Caused by: java.lang.
The proposed work-around is still valid.

Looks like a regression from Jaunty. Not too many complaints these days, so maybe people have transitioned to the more appropriate namespace?
Anyway, marking as Medium, since there is a workaround. I couldn't find the patch that was applied in Jaunty in the newer packages.
