Bug Description

in a db with demo data (runbot, not _all)

- installed crm
- then installed Sales
- installed generic chart of account
- apply template

Constraint Error

Tax Name must be unique per company!

Hello,

I have faced the same problem on trunk also but only in web because on web after apply button the "Chart Template " wizard doesn't closed. Then again pressed the same button this constraint will fired.

Raising priority due to the fact this bug happens in a wizard that displays each time we install most of OpenERP's addons. So even if it's not critical and has an easy workaround, every user of the trunk encounter this bug, which is bad for the product's image.
