sound indicator renders incorrect when switching fast between indicators

Bug Description
Now that the target is a pixel perfect desktop I report this visual annoying bug that has accompanied us now for some release cycles.
When fast switching between indicators the sound indicator flickers and is rendered incorrect displaying a whit bar where the sound volume control should be.
