window or dialog boxes do not show or refresh content

Bug Description
Sometimes if a window or dialog box opens, the regular contents are not shown and the widgets remain empty.
This behaviour does not occur with any particular application and is not predicatble, but reproducible.
After closing the window or dialog box for several times and reopen it, it's possible to get a normal behaviour.
Sometomes this behaviour is seen with the menus as well.

I get the same problem when I use beryl or opening desktop-effect. Besides, the windows seems to not totoally response the user input or mouse click. I mean the event is been called, but the visual effect is not show up like showing the inputing text or showing the button is been selected.
