pt-sift generates wrong state sum during processlist analysis

Bug Description

pt-stalk collects 10 processlist snapshots, but pt-sift seems not aware of this, and calculates the sum of thread states including all the repetitions.

For example, for a capture round in which no processlist snapshot has more than 19 rows returned, pt-sift reports 60 threads in 'Connect' state
