Bug Description

I have Feisty Fawn installed on my Acer Aspire 5002 WLMI. Hibernate works pretty well, but when I suspend it, the laptop goes into to sleep mode, but never wakes up. When I hit any key to wake it up, I can hear the fan, the screen blinks and goes dark, but the system is still on. Also I don't see any disk activity.
The strange thing is that it worked on Dapper, but after I upgraded to Edgy it stopped to work.
Now I just made a clean install of Feisty to see if problem has been fixed, but again it not work. If you need more info, log files, etc, I can supply you.

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. Is it possible to switch to one of the console virtual terminals by pressing 'Ctrl+Alt+F1' or restart X by pressing 'Ctrl+Alt+Backspace'? Thanks in advance.
