Bug Description
Beta.launchpad.net URLs are turning up on the wiki:
https:/
Currently a non-beta tester user is being taken to:
https:/
which means that the URL isn't even easy-editable to get to the normal site.
Please direct all hits by non-beta testing users to the "beta.launchpad
At a minimum, please 404 the URL (leaving the address in-tact) rather than clobbering it to '/+restricted-
