Bug Description

When pressing F10 in any application, the application's menu appears and the disappears as soon as the key is released.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Firefox
2. Press F10 and keep it pressed
3. The application's menu appears in the top panel
4. Release F10
5. The application's menu disappears

Expected behaviour:
The application's menu should stay open after F10 is released to allow the user to navigate through the menu using the keyboard.

Umm, the shortcut to open the menu is Alt+F10, isn't it?

It changed to alt+f10, but even alt+f10 seems bugged right now (you need to release alt to get the menu visible).

Although some applications still react to f10 as the 'open menu shortcut' - and when they do, it still has the same problem as noted in this bug report.

Ok, as noted earlier - this shortcut is no longer valid (I noticed Firefox still uses it, but it's not by design). Please use Alt + F10 instead.
So I'm marking this bug as Invalid as well.
