Progress tag value in Projects list incorrect value

Bug Description
If you look at a list of projects in OpenERP 6.1 that have no tasks assigned, using a recent version of Firefox on Ubuntu the progress bars all "bounce" back and forward in an animated fashion which is very annoying. (See attached video)
In Chrome it is fine.
The value attribute of the <progress> tag is being set to "False" but according to the spec it should be set to a Number.
Changing the value from False to "0" in Firefox fixes the problem.

I have checked this issue but didn't face any problem and I have also refer on lp : 948067 this issue has been fixed as per comment #4. So currently I am closing this issue. If you have still faced the same problem with updated code then you can reopen this issue.
