evolution help path in evolution wrong + double reference in Yelp

Bug Description

Binary package hint: evolution

For 2.10.0-0ubuntu1

From the menu: Help --> Contents
or from keyboard <F2>

Both do not produce help files.

However a search on Yelp provides the following usable documents:

Evolution 2.10 User Guide
Evolution 2.10 User Guide
Command Line Options
        from Evolution 2.10 User Guide
Command Line Options
        from Evolution 2.10 User Guide
IMAP Mail Headers
        from Evolution 2.10 User Guide
IMAP Mail Headers
        from Evolution 2.10 User Guide

note a minor bug related to this one is double referencing of help for a number of Evolution help files.

For the minor bug there are 2 versions of the help file installed on my system:
en_GB and C

The paths are
file:///usr/share/gnome/help/evolution/C/evolution.xml
