We (Czech) have fully localized xkeyboard-config package, but gnome-keyboard-
I have figured out, that gnome-keyboard-
/usr/share/

(not sure which one of them)
But those xml files cannot be localized (at least in Rosseta)! And I wouldn't understand purpose of xkeyboard-config package though.
Please either fix gnome-keyboard-

Thank you for your bug. Could you make a screenshot of the dialog showing the non translated options? What locale do you use exactly?
