Bug Description

Hi,

I've already reported this bug on kubuntu forum (http://kubuntuforums.net/forums/index.php?topic=3080227.0) and on linux-ide list (http://www.spinics.net/lists/linux-ide/threads.html#08815 and http://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=8244). After series of tests people from linux-ide list advised me to report this problem to ubuntu developers to fix it. It looks like it is right place for it.
Can anybody figure it out?
