Bug Description
When converting a fb2 to mobi, titles never get centered in the mobi (always left-aligned), no matter what was the original format of the title (fb2 with centered titles, with the center-alignment specified in different ways, is attached for tests)

calibre does not support the use of html markup inside fb2 <title> tags. If you
want them centered in the output, use extra css with h1, h2, h3 { text-align:
center}
