tenantid/tenantname use should be documented in v2.0/tokens

Bug Description

At the v2.0/tokens call, tenantId shows up in the example code,

http://docs.openstack.org/api/openstack-identity-service/2.0/content/POST_authenticate_v2.0_tokens_Admin_API_Service_Developer_Operations-d1e1356.html

But the doc doesn't explain what tenantId is used for, and whether it's optional or required. Looking at the code, some mention of tenantName would probably also be in order (is one or the other preferred, deprecated, or are they both supported).

http://docs.openstack.org/api/openstack-identity-service/2.0/content/POST_authenticate_v2.0_tokens_Token_Operations.html indicates tenantName is optional. I think this is enough.

I did find that the JSON request in http://docs.openstack.org/api/openstack-identity-service/2.0/content/Request_Response_Types-d1e149.html has extra <span> tags though, will fix.
