Thunderbird crash when installing French dictionary (extension)

Bug Description

Binary package hint: mozilla-thunderbird

Open the extension window, select <install>. When the "open file" dialog appear, enter "http://downloads.mozdev.org/dictionaries/spell-fr-FR.xpi" as the filename. Press <Open>. Then Thunderbird runs for a minute before crashing.

Unfortunately, this extension is not in the repositories and we can not track bugs caused by them. Thank you for your report.
