Bug Description

When logging a question against openstack I can choose "OpenStack Quality Assurance".
https://answers.launchpad.net/openstack/+addquestion

However, it doesn't appear under OpenStack QA in Launchpad Answers
https://answers.launchpad.net/openstack-qa
"Launchpad does not know where OpenStack Quality Assurance tracks support requests."

Something is misconfigured, possibly in Launchpad OpenStack QA configuration

Example question which illustrates this problem: https://answers.launchpad.net/openstack-qa/+question/191410

Jay Pipes has fixed this - thanks Jay...not sure of Launchpad etiquette but leaving for you to close in case affects credit :)
