Bug Description
When in the terminal, my monitor flickers uncontrollably. This does not occur when booting, but it does happen when shutting down, restarting X, or doing anything else in the terminal.
I have an ATI Radeon Express 200 integrated graphics card that I use at 1280x1024. I have tried fglrx, ATI, and Radeon drivers, but I experience the error with all of them.
