Bug Description
If I run "whois 2002:5634::", it tells me:
Querying for the IPv4 endpoint 0.0.0.0 of a 6to4 IPv6 address.
However that is not the correct endpoint for the address 2002:5634::
If OTOH I run "2002:5634:0::", it tells me:
Querying for the IPv4 endpoint 86.52.0.0 of a 6to4 IPv6 address.
Since 2002:5634:: and 2002:5634:0:: are different notations for the same IPv6 address, you'd expect whois to handle both the same, and extract the IPv4 address 86.52.0.0.
