LCD and LEDs are still enabled after halting the kernel

Attached patch fixes the LCD related issue.
The 2 LEDs (Power and Card detection) will keep glowing. Its expected hence not an issue.

Fix added to tracking branch of Samsung LT kernel on g.l.o.

After ran "halt" command, LCD screen now can be turned off. However, there are 2 LEDs still lighting.
