Bug Description

After completing research based on requirements/risk analysis at http://wiki.openstack.org/Documentation/ContentSharing, refactor the chapter files in the Object Storage API dev guide to enable better content sharing for service providers.

This involves:

git clone https://github.com/openstack/object-api.git

then working in
object-api/openstack-object-storage-dev/src/docbkx

to take out the examples into separate files that can be included in other guides.

identity-api or openstack-api-site are good example structures to look at for this.
