Bug Description
Hi,
I face an error when deleting the last record in a table (model). Please look at my attacted image. Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. In an empty table, such as Partner Title, create a new record
2. In the form view, click on 'Delete' button to delete it
3. The error will be prompted.
