not able to subscribe in mailinglist(s) tried it several times:mailinglist ubuntu.nl for example.

Launchpad doesn't offer any way to automatically subscribe to external mailing lists.
The instructions to subscribe to the ubuntu-nl mailing list is at:

Hi Leon,

saying something "doesn't work" doesn't really help us identify where the problem might be.

Would you please describe step by step instructions of what you've tried? Which email you used? Are you running any kind of spam filter that might have caught the list confirmation email? Have you tried contact the list administrator?
