Before this I updated a Precise container. While update was running, mysql server could not be stopped. I rebooted the container inside from it with 'reboot'.

After lxc-stop & start everything looks fine except mysql. It cannot be started, but it can be the relatively old version of the kernel?

Thanks for reporting this behavior.

Note however that it is not a bug. An entry is shown for every open console. If you do

lxc-start -n o1 -d
lxc-console -n o1

then lxc-ls in another console will show two run entries for o1.

Running an older kernel could be a problem due to apparmor issues.

If you experiment a bit more with stop/start and find such issues, please do report them as a new bug. As the multiple listings
of the container are not a bug, I will mark this one invalid.
