Bug Description

Error Message is not user-friendly

Steps to reproduce:
nova flavor-create testflavor 8 1024 30 2

Expected Result:
ERROR : The flavor ID already exists

Actual Result:
ERROR: Instance Type testflavors already exists. (HTTP 409)

Could you expand on what's not user friendly about this? I find what it does now more useful and user-friendly than what you suggest it be changed to, personally.
