Bug Description

So like this box pops up when I'm like totally jackin' around with some stupid command like 'apt-get your mama' or sumthing and the box is all like "12.04 is having mental issues or some stupid crap like that and it needs to send an error report" so I'm all like, since this is beta I'd better like, you know, do my part n shit. So anyway, this website pops up and starts gettin' all personal, so I'm all like 'hey website, here's my email, why don't you call me sometime' and then like... it totally effin calls. I mean wtf..., right?

So now the website tells me that jason is crashin on some confy shit getting serviced or something and it asking me for more information, but I SWARE TO GAWD I waas only jackin around with apt-get while gwibber was trying to look all hawt in the background. Fucking shit looks like my sister though. ick. whateva. My woman needs to update her status so my sisturs pic'll get pushed out of the gwibber window. amiright?

Anyway, I think oneconf got to confy being by itself and now it's all like "I want jason" and jason is all like, you can have me here's my info n stuff, and then like oneconf get's all excited and tries to put jasons addy and phone number n shit somewhere safe, but oneconf can't get her purse open show she gets all buggy n retarded and now I'm writing in a box on some website that is gettin' like way to personal for a first date.

Thanks for your bug report and help to make ubuntu better.

Is it a crash you reproduce regularly? If so, can you please run strace on /usr/share/oneconf/oneconf-service and past the output here?

Thanks.

strace is attached. While runnin oneconf-service with strace, I did not recieve the error on my desktop from which this bug was created. If it's of any help, I have been running this desktop headless using tightvnc server. For the strace output I ran it with the -o option so I could SFTP the file to my local comp and attach it to this bug report.

I tried to create the folders that appeared missing in the strace output posted here by HidingGeryan. As the output says they were non-existent:

/etc/ld.so.prelaod
/etc/ld.so.nohwcap

Not sure if this relates in any way to not being able to run my software-center as regular user. Works fine as root if I run it from command prompt though. Probably a different thread though.
