Bug Description

[root@os-nova01 ~]# nova-manage network modify 192.168.10.0/24 --disassociate-project
2012-04-16 13:21:50 CRITICAL nova [-] 'bool' object has no attribute 'decode'

Should it be giving this?

I ran into this as well. It's definitely a bug.

I have tested this and it looks to be resolved by the fix provided for https://bugs.launchpad.net/nova/+bug/952176
