keystone commands do not work

Bug Description
I was trying to install keystone with the command sudo apt-get install keystone, by following the openstack install and deploy manual.
After I start the keystone service, I found that no keystone command work, e.g. keystone-manage, keystone-all, keystone --token 012345SECRET99T
I hope anyone can take a look.

It's not clear based on the information you've posted whether you're experiencing a bug or a configuration issue. Either share the feedback you're getting from keystone or try asking for help on IRC / mailing list.
