Default language and location are wrong! (If your are not in Spain)

Bug Description
When I install feisty (alternate) in my laptop in time config step, they show me just options for Spain locations, and I'm are now in Easter Island in Pacific Ocean :). Well I try to do with expert mode (F6 two times in boot screen) but same problem. This is not a big error or trouble, because I change later in clock settings, but I like to pick this options and locales too, like warty. Same problem in edgy.
OK, I hope some one fix this problem, just for fun!
