Did Apt update from Kubuntu 6.10 to 7.04 and Trashcan disappeared

Bug Description

Apt update from Kubuntu 6.10 to 7.04 went smoothly and apparently completed successfully, but when it finished the Trashcan app had disappeared. Not at all sure how to get it back!
