Bug Description

Binary package hint: libcommons-dbcp-java

On Feisty the libcommons-dbcp-java package is marked as dependent on either java-gcj-compat or kaffe (>= 2:1.1.5-3). It should accept the Sun JVM, too.

This is a bit annoying, because eclipse-platform depends on libtomcat5.5-java, which in turn depends on libcommons-dbcp-java.

Which means that you can't install Eclipse using only the Sun JVM, which kind of sucks.

Bug LP #81876 was fixed some time ago. This fixed this bug too. Depending on java2-runtime is enough to allow SUN JVM to fulfill the dependency instead of java-gcj-compat or kaffe.
