Bug Description
Windows 7, latest development version of Pinta.
I've occasionally gotten a crash when opening the New Image dialog (after taking a screenshot several minutes earlier
It seems like there is a scenario where Gtk.Clipboard.
After getting into this state, I tried Paint.NET, which said there was no image data on the clipboard.
