network problem cannot fetch archive

Bug Description

Binary package hint: update-manager

When I try to update from 6.10 to 7.04 the update manager fails fetching archives from the commercial repository. I can not update and have tried several different repositories and networks.

Itś not possible to zpgrade fom 7.10 beta to release 7.10

With final release of kubuntu 7.10, a version upgrade was proposed in synaptic.
Problem to fetch an archive, here is the report:

Failed to fetch http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/k/kdelibs/kdelibs-data_3.5.8-0ubuntu3_all.deb 404 Not Found [IP : 91.189.88.46 80]
Failed to fetch http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/k/kdelibs/kdelibs4c2a_3.5.8-0ubuntu3_i386.deb 404 Not Found [IP : 91.189.88.46 80]

(It was impossible to upgrade from ubuntu 7.10 beta to final release, or from kubuntu 7.04 to 7.10).
