Bug Description

The test test_authorization.py Fails
1) /openstack_projects/tempest/tempest/tests$ AuthenticationFailure: Authentication with user {$ALT_USERNAME} and password {$ALT_PASSWORD} failed

2) This test needs to be updated to import base_compute_test instead of unittest2 ( as per review https://review.openstack.org/#/c/5258/ ) Tempest handles misconfig better
