Binary package hint: mp3val

Upstream already released version 1.6.0 of mp3val, we only have the older 1.4 version. See http://mp3val.sourceforge.net/

The current development version of Ubuntu is called Gutsy Gibbon, and has the 0.1.7-1 version of mp3val.
