Bug Description
Swift proxy's catch_errors functionality is not documented. I have no idea what it does, but it's listed in the proxy-server sample configuration, and mentioned in pipelines over at swift.openstack.org without any details.
It has these configuration options:
Variable Service module Default
log_facility proxy_server filter:catch_errors 'LOG_LOCAL0'
log_level proxy_server filter:catch_errors 'INFO'
log_name proxy_server filter:catch_errors 'catch_errors'
log_headers proxy_server filter:catch_errors 'f'

This middleware is design to catch internal errors in swift before they get to other middlewares. These options are generic across all sections in the config and probably don't need documentation.
