is it possible this is related to bug #971091?

bug 971091 is an hard freeze (no output at all), while this one seems a valid panic: could you try with 1413.17? and do you have another board to test with?

i've an ES (as many others) and none of us have ever seen this panic - do you happen to do anything in particular? do you have something attached to the board? is it video connected or headless? and, last but not least, could you try with another power supply?

i tried the work around proposed in bug #971091 with cpufrequtils and the board has been running for 18 hours without a freeze.
