Bug Description

Broadcom 4306 (Dell wireless 1390) using ndiswrapper-1.34 built from source. Kernel is 2.6.20-13-generic. With Edgy, my wireless card was consistently eth1. With fiesty it is sometimes wlan0 and sometimes eth1. I can see no pattern as to which it is. It doesn't really matter which it is, but it should be consistent.

The problem no longer occurs. I don't know why it did before. I have changed a few things, but I'm not sure what fixed it. Maybe the bug should just be removed, since I posted it and I can't reproduce it. Then again, maybe there is a quirk somewhere that makes it happen. I don't know.
