Bug Description

version:Feisty Fawn
I had to shut down because the updater crashed during the clean up process of updating from edgy to feisty.
Then I logged in, and got presented with a crash report.

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. However, your crash report is missing. Could you please add the crash report that you received? You should be able to find it in '/var/crash/'. This will allow us to better troubleshoot your bug. Thanks in advance.

yes, about the bug report, I couldn't find one at all in /var/crash/
sorry about that. Although I have had several firefox crashes, and
got the reports for those too. should I post them?
