Bug Description
We ship this package in the main emacs23 binary, so shouldn't carry the independent copy.
Please remove it and blacklist the source so it doesn't come back. :-)

Per IRC discussion, it's much less painful to just make emacs23-common depend on this other binary package instead of carrying a delta from Debian to re-merge them.
