Bug Description

From looking at the source code I discovered that it's possible to have per-user keyboard configurations by creating a ~/.mixxx/Custom.kbd.cfg file. I can't find a reference to this functionality in the manual or on the wiki.

In https://code.launchpad.net/~mixxxdevelopers/mixxx/manual are already some 1.11 only entries. Do we wand to work with this branch for all 1.11 related stuff and create a manual-1.10 branch to separate the things cleanly?

Geez, scratch that last comment. Haven`t seen we have already https://code.launchpad.net/~mixxxdevelopers/mixxx/manual-1.10.x between the myriads of branches.
