glassybuttons.com is back online

I have made some minor modifications to the original sources to enable the original glassybuttons.com site to return, albeit with some minor changes. Support for gif images has ended and the original list of fonts is no longer available. The new fonts are limited to variations on the DejaVu family (serif, sans-serif, bold, oblique, etc.).
