bzr-xmloutput 0.8.0 released

Written for bzr-xmloutput by Guillermo Gonzalez on 2008-10-03

This version fix the handling of non-utf-8 encoding in the stdout of bzr commands over the xmlrpc service.
Also there is an standalone installer for bzr.exe users that provides all the dependencies.
