And with respect to the revno and the revisions: we merge an awful lot; we have 5 branches in total for 4 supported versions of the product; a fix made in the lowest version merges upward to all higher versions and that happens a lot. I guess this would cause the many revisions? The 14K files is actually small; to be able to use Bazaar we had to remove lots of files from the tree to get it workable, especially under Windows which appearently uses stone tables and blunt tools as a file system.
