You can download it via apt-get by adding the official PPA of Camicri Systems Apps, and installing cube-server.
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:camicrisyst
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install cube-server
Offline installers for Linux, including the Windows portable Cube Server is available for download in our Launchpad site.
